*A supporter is someone who does not have an affiliation to ADF or First Responders, however, they love what we do and would like to support us by way of volunteering and/or donation. Please note, we would love for our Supporter Members to be able to attend all events however, where event attendance is capped, priority is giving to our current / ex-serving members and their families.
Leaving a gift in your will
We are grateful when people decide to include a bequest to Buddy Up Australia, but it is important you weigh up this decision carefully. If you’re contemplating leaving a gift to Buddy Up Australia in your will, please consider the following:

✓ It is relatively easy to do – you can add a clause to your will pertaining to your intended gift or add a codicil to an existing will.
✓ We always recommend you seek advice from a solicitor when drafting your will as the wording is very important and your solicitor can advise you on different types of gifts.
✓ It is an important step to talk to family and loved ones about your will. Communication will ensure your final wishes are carried out.
✓ Give us the opportunity to say thank you. By telling us you have included a gift in your will we recognise you as investing in future supportive services that will help to support so many others.

If your refund point has a barcode scanner, hold your phone close to the scanner then move it slowly away until you hear the beep.
